About Tiffany D. Irving, LMFT
Anxiety Therapist for Women in Henderson, NV
Hi, I’m Tiffany. If you start your days already anxious, running through everything that needs to get done before your feet even hit the floor, I get it. I’ve been there, and I’m here to help.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 8 years of experience helping women manage anxiety, stress, burnout, and life’s big transitions. My goal is to give you a calm, judgment-free space where you can finally set down what you’ve been carrying and start feeling like yourself again.
My Approach to Anxiety Therapy
My approach is warm, direct, and practical. Together we’ll identify what triggers your anxiety, uncover the thought patterns keeping you stuck, and practice new ways to respond. I draw primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a person-centered approach that puts your goals first.
Sessions aren’t just about talking. You’ll leave with tools you can use right away: challenging overthinking, building coping skills, setting healthier boundaries, and taking small, realistic steps toward the life you want. For clients who would like it, I’m also glad to integrate Christian faith into our work.
Who I Work With
I specialize in helping women who look like they have it all together on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or not quite like themselves on the inside. Many of my clients are high achievers, caregivers, and people-pleasers navigating:
Anxiety, worry, and racing thoughts
Overthinking and perfectionism
Burnout and chronic stress
People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
Life transitions like a new role, motherhood, a move, or an empty nest
Low self-esteem and a harsh inner critic
