Anxiety Therapy for Women in Henderson & Las Vegas, NV
Therapy for overthinkers, high achievers, and people-pleasers who are ready to feel calm and in control again. Serving women across Nevada and California.
Calm on the outside. Running on overdrive inside.
Your mind won't slow down
Before your feet hit the floor, you're already sorting through work deadlines, family needs, unanswered texts, and what might go wrong today. At night, the replay starts all over again.
Nothing ever feels like enough
You set the bar higher for yourself than for anyone else. A single slip can stay with you for days, and even when things go well, you're already focused on what you could have done better.
You second-guess everything
You overthink conversations with your partner, decisions about your kids, and choices at work. Even small decisions feel heavy because you're so afraid of getting them wrong.
You give until there's nothing left
You're the first one people call and the last one to ask for help. Saying no feels uncomfortable, so you keep showing up for everyone while your own needs wait.
You're tired in a way rest doesn't fix
A weekend off doesn't refill the tank. The mental load of work, home, and keeping everyone happy follows you everywhere, and the things that used to bring you joy now feel like chores.
Life changed, and you feel stuck
A new job, a move, a relationship ending or beginning, a baby, or kids leaving home has shifted everything. You know you want something different, but you can't see the next step yet.
If any of this sounds like you, you're not failing. You're carrying too much on your own, and therapy can be the place to finally set some of it down.

Meet Tiffany D. Irving, LMFT
Hi, I’m Tiffany. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and 8 years of experience helping adults through anxiety, stress, burnout, and big life changes.
I work with women who look like they have it all together but feel overwhelmed on the inside. I’ve been there too, so I understand how exhausting it is to start your day already anxious.
My approach is warm and practical. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we’ll explore how your thoughts shape your feelings, challenge the patterns keeping you stuck, and build tools you can use at work, at home, and in your relationships. For clients who want it, I can also bring Christian faith into our work.

2. Schedule your first session. Meet online from anywhere private in Nevada or California, at a time that works for you.
3. Start feeling more like yourself. Together we’ll create a plan and practical tools so you feel calmer, clearer, and more confident.
